Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Making Sathumavu powder:::
  2. White raw rice 1 cup
  3. Urad dal 1/2 cup
  4. Green gram 1/2 cup
  5. Roasted Gram 1/2 cup
  6. Moong dal 1/2 cup
  7. Masoor dal 1/2 cup
  8. Broken wheat 1/2 cup
  9. Sago 4 tsp
  10. Horse gram 3 tsp
  11. Corn 4 tsp
  12. Almonds 1/4 cup
  13. Cashew 1/4 cup
  14. Elachi 10 pods
  15. Making ladoo:::
  16. Powder 7 tsp
  17. Jaggery 5 tsp
  18. Ghee 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. For making Powder::::Dry roast all the ingredients separately in low flame.
  2. Grind it and sieve and store it in airtight Container.
  3. For Making Ladoos::: Dry roast the powder in low flame for 10-15 min.
  4. In pan Boil jaggery and little amount of water.filter it and keep aside.
  5. Melt the ghee.
  6. Now In bowl add sathumavu,ghee, jaggery water. Roll out small ladoos from the mixture.
  7. Ladoos are ready with yummy flavours.
