Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Plain oats - 1/4th cup,
  2. semolina (Suji)- 2 tbsp
  3. water - 1 cup
  4. Onions finely chopped - 1 small
  5. tomato - 1 small finally chopped,
  6. green chillies as per your taste
  7. coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  8. Dry spices : mix herbs 1 tsp
  9. chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
  10. salt to taste
  11. black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  12. baking soda one pinch
  13. chaat masala [just a pinch]
  14. Oil

Instructions

  1. Take oats, semolina, salt , baking soda and 1/2 cup Luke warm water in big bowl. Mix well and leave for 5 minutes. Blend it well enough to make fine batter.
  2. Finally add chopped onion, tomato, green chillies and coriander leaves, sprinkle all dry spices on it..
  3. On non stick tawa, apply little bit of oil and spread batter to make round shape. Now on top put mixture of onions and tomato.
  4. Flip it over and cook both side well. Sprinkle chaat masala.
