Oats & semolina uttpam

Ingredients to make Oats & semolina uttpam

  • Plain oats - 1/4th cup,
  • semolina (Suji)- 2 tbsp
  • water - 1 cup
  • onions finely chopped - 1 small
  • tomato - 1 small finally chopped,
  • green chillies as per your taste
  • coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Dry spices : mix herbs 1 tsp
  • chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • baking soda one pinch
  • chaat masala [just a pinch]
  • oil

How to make Oats & semolina uttpam

  1. Take oats, semolina, salt , baking soda and 1/2 cup Luke warm water in big bowl. Mix well and leave for 5 minutes. Blend it well enough to make fine batter.
  2. Finally add chopped onion, tomato, green chillies and coriander leaves, sprinkle all dry spices on it..
  3. On non stick tawa, apply little bit of oil and spread batter to make round shape. Now on top put mixture of onions and tomato.
  4. Flip it over and cook both side well. Sprinkle chaat masala.

My Tip:

If you want then can add another vegetables also.
