Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Semolina 1/2 cup
  2. Oats powdered 1/2 cup
  3. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1/4 cup chopped onions
  6. 1/4 cup grated carrot
  7. 1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
  8. Curd 1/2 cup
  9. Water as required
  10. Oil 1-2 tsp


  1. Soak the semolina in curd and leave it aside for 3-4 hours.
  2. Take a pan and heat very little oil on a medium flame. Next add in a ladleful of batter and spread it evenly. Cook it well and put in the onion, carrot, chilli and cook it on the other side as well.
  3. Serve it with coconut chutney.
