Ingredients to make Oats Pancakes

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • Toppings of your choice

How to make Oats Pancakes

  1. Run the oats through a blender and turn into powder.
  2. Mix powdered oats, flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Crack open the egg in it and add the milk and whisk.
  4. Whisk until smooth cake batter forms, increase or decrease the amount of milk as per the batter's consistency.
  5. Heat up a non-stick pan and pour a ladle full.
  6. Wait till entire top surface bubbles up.
  7. Flip it and cook the another side for another 30 seconds.
  8. Stack up on a platter and top it up with your favourite toppings.
