Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. One medium size ripe banana
  2. One cup of milk
  3. One cup of oats
  4. 1/4tsp Baking powder
  5. 1tsp Cardamom powder
  6. 1TBSP BROWN SUGAR
  7. 1tbsp Oil
  8. Chocolate syrup fir garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine banana, milk, brown sugar and oil in a bowl. then grind or whisk gently to make it smooth
  2. Add oats,cardamom power, baking powder and whisk again until batter will become slightly lumpy
  3. Heat up the non stick pan in a medium flame and brush with oil.
  4. Pour the 1/4 cup of batter into the pan.
  5. Cook until pancake is golden brown on both sides
  6. Repeat steps 4-5 for making the rest of the pancakes.
  7. Garnish with chocolate syrup and serve it.
