Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chopped Veggies of ur choice (I used capsicum, onion, tomatoes, peas, carrots, and cabbage)
  2. Oats 1cup
  3. Semolina half cup
  4. Garam masala1tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Chaat masala 1tbsp
  7. Black pepper half tbsp
  8. Oil to make the pancakes
  9. Curd half cup
  10. Milk half cup

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl mix oats, semolina, curd, milk, and some water and Keep aside for half an hour
  2. Add the chopped veggies and the spices and mix well
  3. Then heat up a pan spread some oil over it and make the pancakes
  4. Serve hot with Kara chutney
