ABOUT Bread Poha RECIPE

This is a quick and easy breakfast that can be made in a jiffy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 slices of bread
  2. 2 chopped onion
  3. 2 chopped carrot
  4. 2 chopped capsicum
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. Salt
  7. 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
  8. 1/4 th tsp mustard seeds
  9. 10 curry leaves
  10. 5 tsp oil
  11. Green coriander leaves [handful]

Instructions

  1. Cut bread slices into small cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  4. Add all the chopped veggies and mix well.
  5. Add salt and chilly powder. Mix and add the bread cubes.
  6. Stir well
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
