Traditional dish of Jains of Murshidabad in West Bengal.It is very flavourfulTastes awesome both hot or at normal temperature.It is not available in shops or hotels.simply home cooked food item.

For dough
500GMS maida
250gms semolina
2tbsp wheat flour
salt to taste
water as required
Fir filling
2kg cucumber
350 gms curd
1.5 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
pinch Garam masala powder
salt to taste
oil for frying

Instructions

Mix maida,semolina ,wheat flour,salt ,oil and sufficient water to make a dough
For filling ,grate cucumber and tie curd in muslin cloth for few hours and then Squeeze all the water from cucumber and curd.
mix curd in cucumber and other spices
Make balls of dough and roll them. put filling in one and cover with other.
seal the edges as shown in pic or with fork. Make all the kacoris .prick them with fork.
Deep fry and serve with coriander and sweet chutney
