Ingredients to make paneer manchurian

  • 100 gm paneer
  • oil for deep-frying
  • 2 tsp  cornflour
  • 2   maida
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • chopped spring onions - 2 tbsp
  • 1 capsicum [chopped]
  • sliced half cabbage

How to make paneer manchurian

  1. These are the ingredients used.
  2. Chop all the vegetables and dice the paneer into cubes.
  3. Make a smooth batter of maida and cornflour by mixing 1 cup of water to them.
  4. Coat the paneer pieces with the batter and deep fry in hot oil over a high flame till the paneer is golden brown
  5. Heat little oil in another wok, and add the ginger, garlic, pasta celery, spring onion whites and and sauté over a high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Add the capsicum and sauté for a few more seconds.Add the soya sauce, and salt and allow it to come to a boil. Toss in the fried paneer and mix well serve immediately garish chopped spring onions...
