  1. Palak leaves 1/4 kg
  2. Leftover potato bhaji 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Tamarind syrup 1 tsp
  5. Ghee 1 tsp
  6. Chopped paneer 1/2 cup
  7. Water
  8. Jeera I tsp
  9. Green chilli 1

Instructions

  1. FRY PALAK TILL TENDER
  2. FRY EVENLY
  3. AFTER COOL ADD IN MIXIE JAR FOLLOWED BY JEERA, GREEN CHILLI AND WATER
  4. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  5. HEAT GHEE
  6. FRY CHOPPED PANEER
  7. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND KEEP ASIDE
  8. POUR GROUND PALAK INTO A PAN AND LET IT BOIL
  9. LEFTOVER POTATO BHAJI
  10. ADD INTO BOILING PALAK
  11. MIX WELL
  12. SALT TO TASTE
  13. ADD PANEER
  14. ADD TAMARIND SYRUP FOR TASTE, MIX WELL AND SERVE
