ABOUT Tawa Pulao With Leftover Bhaji RECIPE

A mouthwatering dish , like a full meal

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups of cooked rice
  2. 1 finely chopped onion
  3. 1 finely chopped tomato
  4. 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
  5. 1 boiled and chopped potato
  6. 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
  7. 1 tsp lime juice
  8. 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  9. 1/2 cup leftover bhaji
  10. 1 tbsp oil
  11. 1/2 tsp jeera
  12. 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger green chillies and garlic
  13. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add jeera
  2. Let it splutter , then add chopped onion
  3. Saute for 2 minutes
  4. Then add chopped ginger green chillies and garlic , mix well
  5. Saute for a minute
  6. Then add capsicum and potatoes ,, saute for 2 minutes
  7. Then add chopped tomato , mix nicely
  8. Cook for 2 minutes then add pav bhaji masala and salt , mix nicely
  9. Now add leftover bhaji and mix well
  10. Then add cooked rice and mix nicely , but gently
  11. Let it cook for 5 minutes , stirring in between
  12. In the end add lime juice and chopped coriander and mix well
  13. Take it out in a serving plate and serve hot
  14. Sprinkle some coriander on top
  15. You can serve this with papad , any chutney of your choice
  16. Otherwise you can have it as it is , as it is very chatpata and doesn't need anything else
  17. It is like a full meal
  18. You can add fried kaju if you like to this pulao
