ABOUT TAPIOCA PANCAKE WITH CHOCOLATE TOPPING RECIPE

These are flat griddle-cakes similar to a pancakes or crepes, white, chewy and without much flavor... Made with tapioca..rolled or folded and filled with any number of sweet or savory fillings, like crepes are.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tapioca flour .... 1 cup
  2. Grated chocolate .. as required
  3. Colourful chocolate sprinkles .. for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-sticky pan. Reduce the heat.
  2. Using a large strainer, sift the tapioca flour into the pan spreading it evenly in a thin layer. Use your hand to push the flour.
  3. It just takes a couple of minutes to cook.You don't even need any oil.
  4. Sprinkle the grated chocolate on it while it is hot.
  5. Garnish with coloured chocolate sprinkles.
