Peel tapioca and wash well
Cut in cubes and wash well
In a kadai boil water
Put the tapioca pieces in it and cook it covered
When cooked, drain excess water
In a pan add oil
Add mustard seeds
Fry red chillies cut into pieces
Add tapioca and toss well
Add salt and toss again
Serve hot with chilly chutney
