Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. black channa 2 cup
  2. tomatoes 2
  3. ginger - 1 inch
  4. garlic cloves - 4
  5. coriander leaves [handful]
  6. onion - 1

Instructions

  1. chop onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic
  2. soak Chanda for 6 to 8 hours and then boil then with little salt. grind gingerbread and garlic into fine paste.
  3. take a pan. add some oil and butter. put onion, tomatoes and fry till golden brown. add the ginger garlic paste and fry well
  4. add the boiled channa dhal
  5. add salt,turmeric powder, garam masala and water. allow it to boil well. garnish with coriander leaves.
