ABOUT Pav Bhaji RECIPE

This is my favourite breakfast of all times. Traditional mumbai style pav bhaji, my way.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5 boil Potatoes
  2. 1 small cauliflower
  3. 1 small bottle gourd
  4. 4 carrots
  5. 2 capsicum
  6. 1/2cup green peas
  7. 1 cup chopped pumpkin
  8. 2 onion
  9. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  10. 4 tomatoes
  11. Salt
  12. 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  13. 1/4 tsp degi mirch powder
  14. 4 tsp oil
  15. 2 tsp butter
  16. 1 pack pav bread
  17. 1 lemon juice
  18. Coriander leaves [handful]

Instructions

  1. Boil cauliflower,carrot,pumpkin, peas,bottle gourd.
  2. Mash them.
  3. Heat oil in a pan
  4. Add chopped onion.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste.
  6. Add fresh tomato puree.
  7. Cook
  8. Add chopped capsicum and stir.
  9. Add boiled potatoes and mix well.
  10. Now add the mashed vegetables.
  11. Add salt,degi mirch, pav bhaji masala.
  12. Add 1 cup water.
  13. Mix well n=and cook on simmer
  14. Now add butter,chopped onion, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  15. Heat butter on tawa and roast pav.
  16. Serve with Bhaji.
