Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Carrots..4
  2. Paprika powder..2tsp
  3. Cumin powder..1tsp
  4. Coriander powder..1tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Garlic..2 to 3 cloves
  7. Oil..1tbsp
  8. Parsley..1tbsp
  9. Water..3/4th cup
  10. Lemon juice..1/2 lemon


  1. Wash,peel and cut carrots in circles..Not very thin nor very thick.
  2. Take salt,cumin,paprika, coriander powder and lemon.
  3. Take a pan,add oil.
  4. Chop garlic.
  5. Add all powder in oil.
  6. Add carrots and mix well.
  7. Add water and salt.
  8. Add lemon juice.
  9. Cook it till it simmers.
  10. Cook it covered till carrot cooks completely and leaves a juicy syrup. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  11. Enjoy Spiced Carrots hot.
