Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2½ cup milk
  2. Carrots 4
  3. Sugar ¾ cup


  1. Wash and peel carrots
  2. Cut in small pieces and put in cooler with ½ cup milk
  3. Boil for 2 whistles
  4. When it is cooler completely take out in a mixer jar
  5. Make a smooth paste
  6. Boil remaining milk on low flame for 5 minutes
  7. Add carrot paste and cook for 2 more minutes
  8. Stir continuously
  9. Add sugar and switch off the flame
  10. Let it cool completely
  11. Pour in mixer jar and blend until smooth and creamy
  12. Pour in kulfi moulds and keep in freezer for 7-8 hours
  13. Take out from moulds and serve to kids
