Ingredients to make Spicy Potato balls

  • 250 gram potato
  • 1/4 cup pea
  • 2 green chilli
  • 6/7 clove garlic
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1/4 tsp redchilli powder
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 3tbsp brad crumbs
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds
  • 1tsp dried mango powar
  • oil

How to make Spicy Potato balls

  1. Boil peel and mash potato ½ cup fresh green peas (matar), steamed or boiled.
  2. In potato add crushed ginger ,green chiili. Greencoriander leaves and garlic, salt , cumin powdar snd dried mango powder, bread crumbs,red chili and all perpose flour.
  3. Mix them well and make lemon size balls and roll into semolina before depfrying them..serve with sauce and chutney
