Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 c wheat flour
  2. 1/2 c sattu
  3. 2 spoon mango or chilli pickle masala
  4. 1 onion chopped
  5. salt to taste
  6. water as needed
  7. oil for making paratha


  1. First add salt in flour n make a soft dough. rest it for 25 minutes.
  2. Now mix sattu , pickle masala n onion.
  3. Now make a small ball from dough n rool it.
  4. Now roll two paratha n fill this mixture.
  5. now roll the paratha n heat a griddle.
  6. put paratha on a hot griddle n roast both side.
  7. serve with onion n green chilli.
