Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slices big 4
  2. Carrot 2 grated
  3. Capsicum 1 grated
  4. Paneer 1 tbsp grated
  5. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Green chilli 2 chopped
  9. Cheese slices 2
  10. Butter 2 tsp
  11. Black pepper 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread slices in triangle shape
  2. Grate carrot capsicum after washing them
  3. Chop green chillies
  4. Grate paneer
  5. Now add salt and spices in all
  6. Later them separately in different bread slices
  7. Put cheese slice along with grated paneer
  8. Grill the sandwich using butter
  9. Garnish grated carrot capsicum paneer over the top of the sandwich
  10. In a stick I have arranged cube of capsicum carrot and paneer
  11. Enjoy with sause
