Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 sausages ,
  2. 4 rashers smoked back bacon or chicken salami
  3. Button mushrooms-7 to 8
  4. 2 slices white bread
  5. 1/2 cups baked beans
  6. Potatoe-1 for hash brown
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Butter -1tablesooon
  9. For egg omelette
  10. Eggs -2
  11. Chopped tomatoes-1/4cup
  12. Chopped mushroom-1/4cup
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Chopped onions-1/4cup
  15. Grated cheese-1/4cup
  16. Vegetable oil-1teasooon


  1. Heat butter in a pan, shallow fry sasugaes and bacon or salami,remove them from heat and keep them aside
  2. Add mushroom in the same butter and shallow fry until light brown..keep them aside
  3. Fry the bread in the pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden. 
  4. Place the baked beans in a small saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Crack the eggs in a cup and beat it with fork,mix and salt ..then , heat the remaining 1 tablespoon oil in a clean, large frying pan, and add beaten eggs,add all vegetables under ingredients of omelette,add grated cheese on top and good,anf fry
  6. For hash brown,grate potatoes and wash them 4 to 5 times,draim the water and press them to squeeze out all water..then mix salt with them..take all wet grated potatoes in a palm..make a round dish by pressing them from all sides and heat butter in a pan..and fry them on medium flame..fry until both sides are light brown
  7. Add all these item in a plate and serve with a glass of any kind of fruit juice,milk ,tea or coffee whatever you like
