Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Plain noodles 500 grm
  2. Garlic 20 pods
  3. Onion 4 sliced
  4. Boiled eggs 5
  5. Drychilli flakes
  6. Coriander chopped
  7. Vegtable oil
  8. Salt
  9. For pageeo :~:~:
  10. Gram flour
  11. Salt
  12. Baking soda
  13. Pepper powder
  14. Oil for frying
  15. Moingaa charru/strew~:~:
  16. Banana stem 100 grms
  17. Boiled noodels water
  18. Gram flour
  19. Gg paste
  20. Turmeric
  21. Fish stock/ boneless fish 250 grms
  22. Chilli flakes
  23. Salt
  24. Coriander
  25. Vegtable oil


  1. Boil noodles with salt then strain water and keep it aside
  2. Frying items : Sliced onion and garlic fry in oil till it get brown
  3. Cut boiled eggs in to pieces
  4. For pageeo :: Besen 100 grms, salt, pepper mix with water in flowing consistency then take a wide karandi then pour it and spread all over and fry in hot oil till it turns chrispy
  5. For moingaa charu/strew ~:~: Take Boiled noodles stock add salt, turmeric, chopped banana stem, fish stock/ boneless fish , diluted 2 spoon besen in 100 ml of water, gg paste 1 spoon, chilli flakes 1 spoon, vegetable oil 2 spoon ... Boil for 15 min then garnish with coriander ...
  6. Now arrangement ~~~~ Take a plate with mouth closed .. put boiled noodels, sliced eggs, fried onions and garlic, chilli flakes , chopped coriander, and crushed pageeo .. keep moingaa charu / strew in cup mix upon eating
