ABOUT Naankhatai RECIPE

This is a recipe of making the delicious Indian biscuits to be served with the masala chai.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ghee 3/4 cup
  2. Maida 1.25 cup
  3. vanilla essence 1 tsp
  4. Sugar 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Combine flour sugar vanilla essence in a large bowel
  2. Add mix it well
  3. Add ghee.
  4. Knead a soft Dough butter is the secret to light nankhatai.
  5. Place the Dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
  6. After 30 minutes.
  7. After the chill time roll the Dough into a big circle preheat oven at 350 degree
  8. One way is to use a Cookie Cutter and cut out the nankhatai
  9. Place them on a baking tray.
  10. Place them in the preheated oven.
  11. Bake these for 15 minutes. Cool and serve.
