ABOUT Potato ghee roast RECIPE

This is a recipe of a quick potatoes, roasted and cooked in ghee & spices, a perfect side dish to be served with some rice and dal.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Big potatoes 2 [diced into cubes]
  2. chilly powder 1 tsp
  3. salt
  4. oil
  5. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  6. Refined oil/ghee


  1. Dice the potatoes into cubes. Par boil them in water. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Now heat some oil/ghee in a pan.
  3. Now add the mustard seeds and let them crackle. Now add the boiled potatoes and stir.
  4. Add salt , chilly powder
  5. Stir fry the potatoes until crispy enough, then serve hot.
