Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Polished rice 3 cups
  2. Dhuli urad daal 1 cup
  3. Yoghurt 1/4th cup
  4. Salt 3 tspn
  5. Sugar 3 tspn
  6. Baking soda 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Soak daal and rice ovenight without washing it.
  2. Next day wash it five to six time thoroughly under running water.
  3. Now in a mixer jar grind them and make fine paste by adding some water.
  4. Make the paste to pouring consistansy .do not make runny.
  5. Now add salt, sugar,yoghurt and soda and mix it properly.
  6. Keep the mixture in a warm place for six to eight hours.
  7. Now take a nonstick dosa tawa and fill he mixture in a laddle and spread it evenly on hot tawa.
  8. Apply some oil and roast it till turn slightly brown.
  9. Fill with desired filling and serve it with sambhar and coconut chutney.
