Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 litre milk
  2. 1/2cup rice
  3. Sugar to taste.
  4. Mixed dry fruits.
  5. 1/4tsp ilaichi powder.

Instructions

  1. Wash & soak rice for 10 minutes.
  2. Boil milk and add rice
  3. Add sugar.
  4. Cook on simmer
  5. Stir continousaly.
  6. Add ilachi powder
  7. Cook till thickens.
  8. Add dry fruits.
  9. Serve hot or chilled.
