Ingredients to make Coconut chikki

  • 500 gm coconut
  • ghee 200 gm
  • almonds 18
  • Gond 1/2 cup
  • Ilaichi powder 1tbsp
  • sugar 1 cup

How to make Coconut chikki

  1. Crushed coconut
  2. Fry gond & chopped almonds in ghee
  3. Heat voke add sugar & 10 tbsp water .make sugar syrup
  4. Take a big vessel add coconut ,gond ,almonds.mix it properly
  5. Add sugar syrup &continues stir
  6. After stir put mixture in flat place or thali
  7. After cool cut it

When you mix sugar syrup into mixture check it .
