this is traditional breakfast that is made instant and quick and is loved by whole family

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. atta 1 cup
  2. water 1/2 cup
  3. sugar 2-3 tablespoon
  4. ghee 2-3 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In parat, add atta and water and knead dough.
  2. Make roti from kneaded dough.
  3. Crumble roti with hands into small pieces.
  4. In frying pan, add ghee.
  5. Add crumbled roti in it.
  6. Keep on mixing it till it starts to get golden brown for about 5 minutes.
  7. Then add sugar and turn off flame.
  8. Mix it well and serve Churi.
