Bajra is good in winters it is staple food of Haryana & flaxseed also good source of omega fatty acids. This churi is in every Harayana athlete's tiffin

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 and 1/2 cup Bajra flour
  2. Some Luke warm water for knead the dough
  3. 1tbsp flaxseed
  4. 1/2 cup Desi ghee
  5. 1/2 cup powder sugar

Instructions

  1. Knead a dough by mixing water and flour
  2. Then make chappati
  3. It becomes hard
  4. Cool it and Grind it in a mixer grinder
  5. Heat ghee in pan and add flaxseed when it starts sputter .switch off the flame
  6. IN a bowl add ghee ,Bajra Roti ,powder sugar .Mix it
  7. Serve it with khoya lassi
