Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 400 gm gur
  2. 1/2 kg bajre ka atta
  3. 1-2 tbsp desiccated dry coconut
  4. 2 tsp elaichi powder
  5. 2 tsp fennel seed
  6. 1 tsp white till
  7. Oil for fry
  8. Water for soak gur

Instructions

  1. Soak gur in little water
  2. After an hr it will be soft
  3. Make a dough by mixing all ingredients
  4. Then make a chappati & give it desired shape & prick with knife
  5. Then fry it
