Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bajra( black millet) Flour -2 cup
  2. Luck warm water as required
  3. Jaggary -1 cup
  4. Ghee 1/2 cup
  5. Cardamom powder -1 tsp
  6. Nutmag powder -1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Bind the bajra flour using required luke warm water. The dough should not be too hard or too soft.
  2. Devide the dough into equal part and roll out each part into a thick roti.
  3. Heat the tava and put the roti on it.after few second put the roti turned. Repeat the same with the remaining roti.
  4. Crumble all the rotis in a frying pan. Add ghee in the crumbled Roti. Add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder.add jaggary and mix well.serve hot or cold as your choice.
