Paneer stuffes spinach wrap

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1 cup spinach purre
  3. ginger garlic paste
  4. oil
  5. Crushed paneer
  6. salt


  1. In a big mixing bowl add spinach puree along with flour add salt chat masala .With the help of water knead the dough and oil it
  2. Heat a pan add butter ginger garlic paste cumin seeds garam masala crumbled paneer salt and other spices of ur choice
  3. Cook it for about three minutes and coriander leaves
  4. Take a small ball from the dough
  5. Make a roti from it
  6. On a griddle on medium heat place it on tawa and cook for two minutes
  7. Drizzle butter cook from both the side
  8. Add the stuffing towards one half the roti.Roll it tightly Use a toothpick to hold the shape
  9. Ready to serve
