Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. bottle guard-1
  2. onion-2
  3. salt-2spnd
  4. chilly powder-2spns
  5. oil-1spn
  6. talimpu
  7. tumericpowder-pinch
  8. curry leaves
  9. milk-1cup


  1. first wash and cut the above ingredients
  2. next take pressure cooker pan add oil ,talimpu,curry leaves and saucet
  3. now add bottlegourd pieces and onions and fry for 1min
  4. next add salt,chilypowder and turmeric and fry
  5. finally mix all the ingredients close lid wait for 2whistles
  6. finally add milk and cook2minutes the curry is ready
  7. serve with hot rice and chapatis ,polkas
