Ingredients to make Mushroom soup

  • Button mushroom : 4
  • oil : 1 tsp
  • salt
  • Small onion : 3
  • tomato : small piece
  • Grated garlic : 2
  • pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
  • cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce : 1/4 tsp
  • Corn flour : 1 tsp

How to make Mushroom soup

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped, button mushroom, small onion, garlic, tomato and saute for 3 - 5 min over medium flame
  2. Add salt, turmeric powder, pepper powder, cumin seeds and saute for 1 min
  3. Add 2 cups of water and cook for 5 min
  4. In a bowl add corn flour, 1/4 cup water and mix well
  5. Add soya sauce and corn flour water and keep stirring for 1 min and switch off the flame

My Tip:

Finally add corn flakes or chips to make it more tasty
