Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 5, roti
  2. 2 Potato (aloo) , mashed
  3. 1 Carrot , grated
  4. 1 Sweet corn boil& mashed.
  5. Half cabbage grated..
  6. 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  7. Salt , to taste
  8. 1 tablespoon Amchur powder
  9. Bread crumbs
  10. 1 tablespoon Corn flour
  11. 1 cup peas..
  12. Method
  13. To begin with Leftover Roti Cutlet, firstly grind the leftover rotis, & peas a grainy mixture in mixer grinder.
  14. Heat oil in a pan and add onions, green chillies and saute till translucent
  15. Once it is done, add carrot and cook it for about a minute.
  16. After a minute, add the mashed , corn and potatoes. Cook for about 20-30 seconds.
  17. After 20-30 seconds, add amchoor powder and red chili powder. Mix everything well.
  18. Take out the mixture in a big bowl and add semolina, grainy leftover roti mixture, and mix everything properly.
  19. Once it is done, make small patties out of it and keep it aside.
  20. Take corn flour in a bowl and add some water. Dip the patties in the corn flour
  21. mixture and then roll them in bread crumbs.
  22. The next step is to fry these cutlets.
  23. Heat oil in a pan and put the roti cutlets on it one by one when the oil is hot.
  24. Flip them over a couple of times till they become brown and crispy from both the sides.
  25. Serve Leftover Roti Cutlet Tomato Ketchup..
