Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice flour 1/4 Cup
  2. Chana dal flour(Besan)1/ 4 cup
  3. Tur dal flour 1/4 cup
  4. Wheat flour 1/4 cup
  5. Tawa 1/ 4 cup
  6. Haldi pwdr 1 tsp
  7. Ajwain 1 tsp
  8. Sugar 1 tsp
  9. Green chillies 2 grounded
  10. Til 2 tbsp
  11. Rain 1 tsp
  12. Salt 1 tbsp
  13. Eating soda 1 tbsp
  14. Curd 2 tbsp
  15. Carrots grated 2
  16. Lauki grated 1/2
  17. Corn kernels handful
  18. 250 no water
  19. Tempering
  20. Oil 1 tsp
  21. Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  22. Curry leaves few
  23. Rai 1 tsp
  24. Green chillies 2 chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all the flours togther
  2. Add the haldi ,ajwain ,sugar, green chillies, til rai, salt and cooking soda
  3. Mix all the dry ingridents
  4. Add 2 tbsp curd and add water.
  5. Add the vegies
  6. Mix well
  7. Finally add the soda and mix well
  8. Now take a non stick pan and add oil
  9. Add rai curry leaves green chillies and sesame seeds
  10. Pour the handvo batter over the tempering
  11. Let it cook for 15 to 20 mins
  12. Turn and cook on other side too till it's done
  13. Garnish with fresh dhania leaves and enjoy with green chutney
