Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. semolina 11/2cup
  2. sugar 1/2 cup
  3. pinch of salt
  4. ghee 1 tsp
  5. milk 2 1/2 cup
  6. green cardamom 1

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, pour 1tbap ghee and add green cardamom.pour semolina in it and fry it till it turn in golden colour.
  2. add pinch of salt. pour milk in it and stir continuously. add sugar in it. again stair and add 1/2 tbsp ghee in it and serve it.
