Ingredients to make Mix dal cheela with peas paneer filling

  • 1 c soak mix dal(yellow moong dal, green moong dal, chana dal n red masoor dal)
  • 1/2 c boil peas
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 50 gm paneer cut in small pieces
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 chilli chopped
  • a pinch hing
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp corriender leaves
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp amchoor powder
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp cashew pieces
  • oil

How to make Mix dal cheela with peas paneer filling

  1. First soak dal for 3 hrs.
  2. Now grind the dal in fine paste.
  3. for filling first heat oil in a kadai n add hing n cumin seeds.
  4. when they crackle add peas n carrot ginger salt.
  5. cover it n cook for 2 mins.
  6. now add all spices raisins cashew paneer n fry for 5-6 mins.
  7. now add corriender leaves.
  8. filling is ready.
  9. now heat a tawa n grease it.
  10. now add salt in batter n make cheela.
  11. when it roast from one side turn it n add filling.
  12. roll it n serve with chuttney or ketchup.
