Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/4 kg tukda khari
  2. 1 Ltr Milk
  3. Kaju kismis elaichi powder

Instructions

  1. Soak kharik in warm milk n after it cools keep it in the fridge for 24hrs.
  2. Next day take it out n put in mixie with the milk n make a rough paste.
  3. Take ghee in a kadhai n put kaju kismis n pour the paste n cook on low flame till it is brown in colour n milk evaporates. Put little elaichi powder n pour ghee if needed n mix n serve.
