A cool refreshing healthy drink for summer , with a very few ingredients.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Beetroot 1
  2. Green chilli 1or 2
  3. ginger a small piece.
  4. Curry leaves a few
  5. Buttermilk 1 cup
  6. Salt


  1. cut beetroot into small pieces & boil it for a few min adding 1 cup of water.
  2. blend it adding the same boiled water & strain. if u need add some more water.
  3. be careful not to sqeeze too much while straining. as full pulp will come to the juice.
  4. crush ginger , green chilli & curry leaves & mix it with beetroot juice , buttermilk & add salt.
  5. leave it for sometime , to get all flavour to the lassi.
  6. again strain it. keep in fridge.
  7. serve chilled.
