Basa Fish Cutlets

Ingredients to make Basa Fish Cutlets

  • 2 pieces cut into 4 Basa boneless
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1tspn ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tspn turmeric powder
  • 1/4tspn red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspn garam masala
  • 1/4 1tspn corriander powder
  • 1 tblspn corn flour
  • Some corriandrr chopped
  • oil to shallow fry

How to make Basa Fish Cutlets

  1. add a tspn of ginger garlic paste to basa strips boil with little salt and turmeric powder
  2. Take all ingredients together to use now
  3. Add corn flour on the mixed fish potato mash
  4. Mix well
  5. Start making small cutlet portions of the mash and apply some bread crumbs
  6. Heat 3-4 tblspn oil in a pan
  7. Start shallow frying on medium heat for 30 seconds each
  8. Drain on a tissue and remove in foil
  9. Plate it now to serve to guests or family

My Tip:

Use same day do not freeze these for next day
