Instant Nylon Khaman Cupcake
Ingredients to make Instant Nylon Khaman Cupcake
- 1 cup besan
- 1/2 cup curd
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp eno
- 1/2 cup water
- oil for greasing
- For tempring:
- 2 tsp ustard seeds
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 chilli, cut into halves
- A pinch of hing
- Chopped green coriender
- Freshly grated coconut
How to make Instant Nylon Khaman Cupcake
Grease plate or tin..I used cupcake moulds for this.
Mix all ingredients mention in better except oil and make a batter. Pour the batter in moulds.
Take 2 or 3 cups water in steamer/kadai/cooker at bottom and heat it over medium flame. Make sure that steamer is at least 4-5 minutes heated before placing the plates/ moulds(filled with batter) in it.
Steam it till your knife or toothpick comes out clean.Cool down and demould.
Heat oil then add mustard seeds and hing. Add green chillies and curry leaves, water and sugar.
Bring to boil then pour it on your demolde khaman cupcake.
Garnish with grated coconut and freshly chopped coriander leaves.
