These crunchy tacos with a hearty chickpeas filling won’t let you down in the flavor department. Transform your family’s Taco Tuesday with this oil-free entrée.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Phulka - 3
  2. Soaked chick pea - 1 cup
  3. Onion - 1/2 chopped
  4. Tomato - 1 chopped
  5. Lime juice - 2 teaspoon
  6. Green chilly -1
  7. Coriander leaves few chopped
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Chaat masala- 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook chick peas with salt for 20 minutes
  2. Meanwhile let us make tacos with phulkas. Preheat oven for 120 °C and place the phulkas over the oven racks as shown in the picture for 5 minutes.
  3. Take a bowl mix chickpeas chopped onion and tomato
  4. Add salt lime and chaat masala
  5. Take the tacos out and let them cook
  6. Fill the tacos with chickpea mixture garnish with coriander leaves and serve
