Valentine's Popcorn

Ingredients to make Valentine's Popcorn

  • 4 cups popped popcorn (salted)
  • 170g white chocolate
  • Sprinkles
  • Edible heart confetti
  • Conversation hearts (optional)

How to make Valentine's Popcorn

  1. Place the popcorn in a large bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat chocolate in a double boiler until melted. Pour the melted white chocolate over the popcorn.
  3. Mix the melted white chocolate through the popcorn gently with a rubber spatula. Make sure the popcorn is evenly coated with chocolate.
  4. Mix-in the sprinkles, conversation hearts and edible confetti (spare some for the top).
  5. Spread the popcorn out evenly on a baking sheet covered with parchment, butter paper, or aluminum foil.
  6. Leave to set (at room temperature) for 20 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
  7. When set, break into pieces and enjoy!

My Tip:

1. Fill cute jars and gift boxes with white chocolate popcorn (with a lovey-dovey note) for a cute, edible gift! 2. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week (if any is left!) :)
