Chicken chilly Dry

Ingredients to make Chicken chilly Dry

  • For marinade...
  • Boneless chicken 250 gms (cut into small pieces)
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • green chilly paste 1 tsp
  • all purpose flour 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • green chilly sauce 2 tbsp
  • red chilly sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp
  • egg 1
  • salt to taste
  • Red color a pinch (optional)
  • oil for Deep frying
  • For chicken chilly sauce...
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped green chilly 1 tsp
  • onion 1 medium sized (cut into cubes)
  • capsicum 1 (cut into cubes)
  • green chilly sauce 1 tbsp
  • red chilly sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp
  • Red colour a pinch (optional)
  • Ajinomoto(optional)
  • Spring onion greens 1/2 cup

How to make Chicken chilly Dry

  1. Take boneless chicken cubes in a bowl.
  2. Add all the ingredients mentioned under "chicken marinade".
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. Now dip fry it till golden and crisp.
  5. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger, garlic and chopped green chillies. Saute well.
  7. Add cubed onion and capsicum. Saute on high flame for few seconds.
  8. Add green chilly sauce, red chilly sauce, soya sauce, red color and ajinomoto.
  9. Mix everything well.
  10. Now add fried chicken pieces and mix it.
  11. Add chicken chilly masala mixed in water.
  12. Cook it till it gets little dry. Add spring onion greens. Mix well and remove from fire.
  13. Now surve hot.
