ABOUT Chicken chilly Dry RECIPE

It is a delicious indo chinese recipe and everyone loves its taste as it goes very well with fried rice or even as a starter recipe. This is so easy to make and so delicious to enjoy. It goes really well with fried rice. Do try this recipe and share ur feedback.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For marinade...
  2. Boneless chicken 250 gms (cut into small pieces)
  3. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  4. Green chilly paste 1 tsp
  5. All purpose flour 1 cup
  6. Corn flour 1/2 cup
  7. Green chilly sauce 2 tbsp
  8. Red chilly sauce 2 tbsp
  9. Soya sauce 2 tsp
  10. Egg 1
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Red color a pinch (optional)
  13. Oil for Deep frying
  14. For chicken chilly sauce...
  15. oil 2 tbsp
  16. Finely chopped ginger 1 tsp
  17. Finely chopped garlic 1 tsp
  18. Finely chopped green chilly 1 tsp
  19. Onion 1 medium sized (cut into cubes)
  20. Capsicum 1 (cut into cubes)
  21. green chilly sauce 1 tbsp
  22. Red chilly sauce 1 tbsp
  23. Soya sauce 2 tsp
  24. Red colour a pinch (optional)
  25. Ajinomoto(optional)
  26. Spring onion greens 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take boneless chicken cubes in a bowl.
  2. Add all the ingredients mentioned under "chicken marinade".
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. Now dip fry it till golden and crisp.
  5. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger, garlic and chopped green chillies. Saute well.
  7. Add cubed onion and capsicum. Saute on high flame for few seconds.
  8. Add green chilly sauce, red chilly sauce, soya sauce, red color and ajinomoto.
  9. Mix everything well.
  10. Now add fried chicken pieces and mix it.
  11. Add chicken chilly masala mixed in water.
  12. Cook it till it gets little dry. Add spring onion greens. Mix well and remove from fire.
  13. Now surve hot.
