ABOUT Chilly chicken RECIPE

Have a craving for some Chinese chilly. This is one of the easiest dish for non veg lovers.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken 250gms
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbs
  3. 1 egg only yolk
  4. Kashmiri March powder 1/2 tbs
  5. Vinegar 1 and 1/2 tbs
  6. Soya sauce 1tbs
  7. Chilly sauce 1/2 tbs
  8. Tomato sauce 1/2 tbs
  9. Diced capsicum
  10. Diced onion
  11. Green chilly 6pcs slit
  12. 6 Garlic cloves cut into small pieces
  13. Cornflour 2 tbs
  14. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken and dry it
  2. Marinate it using egg yolk, ginger garlic paste kashmiri Mirch, 1 tbs cornflour , salt and 1/2 tbs of soya sauce, mix it well and refrigerate it for half an houtr
  3. After marination for half an hour add another 1/2 tbs of cornflour and deep fry in sunflower oil till golden brown
  4. Keep fried chicken aside.
  5. Take 1tbs of sunflower oil and add chopped garlic and fry till light brown
  6. Add fried chicken to it and toss it well
  7. Add diced capsicum and onion and toss it well
  8. Add 1/2 tbs of soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce and 1 tbs of vinegar and toss it well on high flame
  9. Add slit green chilly to it and sprinkle some water in low flame.
  10. Add salt to taste
