Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Boneless chicken long flat strips 250 gm
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  3. Green chilly paste 1 tsp
  4. All purpose flour 1 tbsp
  5. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  6. Egg 1
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Red food colour a pinch
  9. For masala
  10. Ginger chopped 1 tsp
  11. Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  12. Green chilly chopped 1 tsp
  13. Chopped bell pepper 1/2 cup
  14. Spring onion leaves 1/2 cup
  15. Red chilly sauce 1 tsp
  16. Soy sauce 1 tsp
  17. Schezwan sauce 1 tsp
  18. Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  19. White vinegar 1 tsp
  20. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  21. Corn flour slurry 3 tbsp
  22. Oil 2 tbsp + for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, Salt, green chilly paste, corn flour, all purpose flour and egg.
  2. Keep refrigerated till 2 hours and after that deep fry chicken pieces in hot oil.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil ad chopped ginger, chopped garlic ,saute it. ad chopped green chilly and cook on high flame.
  4. Ad soy sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce, schezwan sauce, sugar ,Salt and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add fried chicken pieces and stirr well, add corn flour slurry for little thickness.
  6. ad chopped capsicum and again cook for 1 minute on high flame.
  7. add white vinegar and chopped spring onion leaves. Mix well.
  8. Cook for few seconds ,switch off the flame and serve with steamed rice.
