Valentines day is around the corner and I have another very special recipe for you to enjoy with your Valentine.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 200 gm Condensed Milk
  2. 2 tbsp Butter
  3. 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  4. 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
  5. 3/4 Cup All purpose Flour
  6. 3-4 drops Chocolate Essence
  7. 11/2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  8. 1/2 Cup White Chocolate
  9. 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
  10. 2 Tbsp Strawberry sauce
  11. Colorful vermicelli for Garnishing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the cake pans. Dust with flour and tap out the excess.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine condensed milk, baking powder, baking soda, and chocolate essence. Mix this mixture until fluffy.
  3. Add Butter in the above mixture and again mix it well until the batter becomes fluffy.
  4. Add in the All purpose flour and Cocoa Powder, Fold it in, mix nicely.
  5. Add milk to reach pouring consistency.
  6. Pour the batter into prepared pan. Bake 13-15 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Crumble the cake in another separate bowl.
  8. Add cream cheese in it and make a dough. From that Dough make small Balls.
  9. Melt the white chocolate by the double boiler method or in a microwave. Dip these chocolate cake balls in it then place into mini cupcake cups. Let them sit until the chocolate hardens. (you may place them in the refrigerator for it to harden faster).
  10. Now drizzle with strawberry sauce and garnish with some colorful vermicelli.

Instead of cream cheese what else can we use
