Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bunch Fenugreek Leaves
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 5green chillies chopped
  4. 1/roasted peanut powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil 1tsp
  7. 4 to 5 garlic cloves chopped
  8. 1tsp Cumin seeds

Instructions

  1. First clean fenugreek leaves properly
  2. Now take a pan heat oil after then add cumin seeds .
  3. When cumin seeds started crackling then add chopped onion, green chillies, chopped garlic and fry it within seconds.
  4. When onion turned little golden then add chopped fenugreek leaves and salt give it a good mix.and cook it in 3,4 minutes in a high flame.
  5. After 3minutes add roasted peanut powder and mix it.stir and cook another 1 minute.
  6. After 1 minutes switch off the flame now it's ready to serve enjoy!
