Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1cup of water
  2. 1/4 cup milk
  3. 1tsp of grated ginger
  4. 1/4 th tsp cardmom powder
  5. 1/4 tsp chai masala (optional)
  6. 1tsp of chopped lemon grass
  7. 1tsp of gud/jaggery tea
  8. 1tsp of dried tea leaves


  1. keep water for boiling
  2. add dried tea leaves/chai patti
  3. add grated ginger
  4. add lemon grass
  5. add cardmom powder
  6. add chai masala
  7. add gud/jaggery
  8. let this boil for 3-4 minutes
  9. thereafter add milk
  10. take one more boil
  11. switch off flame
  12. seive in cup
  13. enjoy hot
